I really enjoyed making this pretty twisted stacked cake. Blue is very much in vogue for 2010 and the anenomes were such a lovely vibrant flower.

New cakes in the galleries are Zoe's contemporary cake with butterflies & toppers and  Clares masquerade 40th. There are also this years Squires Sugarcraft exhibition cakes. Oatlands Park Hotel are holding a showcase event on May 20th with their preferred suppliers decorating the venue as if for a weddding. Please do come along between 3-8pm and take a look at a lovely venue. I will be in the York Suite with my cake and tasters!
